Service Description
It is completely safe to exercise during pregnancy, especially if you have an expert coach by your side to make sure you and your baby are healthy. Lifting weights, doing cardio, stretching, breathing and pelvic floor training should be part of a regular exercise program for women preparing for pregnancy, pregnant already, or having given birth. Our classes are dynamic, fun, specifically made for you and evolve through every phase and trimester of your pregnancy. So stay strong, active, learn and be healthy for you and your baby.
