Service Description

Pilates is a proven method to work every single muscle of the body. It is a low impact exercise to strengthen and tone muscle head to toe. It is great for all ages and fitness levels. Since it is a low intensity exercises it is perfect for anytime of the day, whether in the morning to face the day or at night to wind down, pilates helps get you ready. With just 2 to 3 days per week you'll notice an improvement in posture, core strength, flexibility and balance.
